iVision Charitable Trust
The Dhata Foundation, in conjunction with physicians from the Ruby Nelson Memorial Hospital, is in the process of establishing a Trust (iVision Charitable Trust). The Trust is being put into place to provide financial support to the pursuit of providing free eye surgeries to impoverished members of society. The Trust also hopes to financially support preventative health care in school age children; we hope to begin school children eye examinations around Jalandhar, Punjab this year. The formation of this trust is only possible with the support of Dr. Jacob Prabhakar, Dr. Raj Solomon and Mr. Gompas Devdas from the Ruby Nelson Memorial Hospital. Ruby Nelson Memorial Hospital will provide the teams required to perform the surgeries for patients as well as the examinations for school children - all of which is at cost.
